1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days or more after the order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)

3. Shipping Locations

Select international destinations
If your country is not listed during checkout, unfortunately we do not ship there at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)
YellowPromotion.de is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at support@yellowpromotion.de. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund where applicable.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
